I did Voluntary Housing Refund (VHR) to make the figure looks good. :)

Looking forward to S$888,888.88. LOL.

I top up MA, S$3,500, to reach the new ceiling of 2026 BHS (S$79,000) for tax relief.

I also top up my ah boy's CPF to make the figure flat at S$80,000 in Special Account (SA).
