I did Voluntary Housing Refund (VHR) to make the figure looks good. :)

Looking forward to S$888,888.88. LOL.

I top up MA, S$3,500, to reach the new ceiling of 2026 BHS (S$79,000) for tax relief.

I also top up my ah boy's CPF to make the figure flat at S$80,000 in Special Account (SA).

Very good year indeed, 110 sold transaction this year, more than enough to cover all my expenses in year 2025. I had built a pretty strong dividend portfolio this year at SRS account too!

Half a million (Ringgit) at ASNB funds

Based on the conservative projection, I shall have half a million (Ringgit) at ASNB funds (ASM, ASM2 & ASM 3) at the age of 62.

Not bad for a side income.

Ringgit remains to be used in Malaysia. I won't convert it to SGD. Hence, no risk in forex exchange rate.

8 days Seoul trip (Nov 29 - Dec 6, 2025)

The finance report is out. :)

We met the first snow in Seoul on December 4th, 2025 at 7.20 pm, how lucky!

The SGD exchange rate to Korean Won also hit all time high during our trip, hence YouTrip gave fantastic rate throughout the trip, average around S$1 = KRW 1,127. Not bad for a credit card rate.
